Chancenwerk e.V. is hiring an After-School Program Assistant in Stuttgart to design and run active, creative, or values-based afternoon programs for children and young people. The role runs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2:40–4:00 p.m. and covers sports and movement, creativity and design, projects and strategies, and individual relationship-building. Applicants should have a suitable social-educational, therapeutic, or care background and demonstrate group work, empathy, patience, and intercultural sensitivity. The position offers an expense allowance of €24.00 to €28.50 per assignment, professional development, practical experience, and a certificate.
