St. Paul Academy and Summit School is hiring a part-time After School Program Assistant for its Middle School on the Randolph Campus. The role supports daily after-school operations by leading recreational activities, supervising students, encouraging positive peer engagement, providing academic guidance, and collaborating with program staff. The position runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on school days during the academic year and pays $17 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required; prior experience with children or youth is preferred.
