The role supports daily after-school program operations by supervising students, assisting with homework and enrichment activities, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing behavior, escorting students, preparing snacks, recording attendance, and participating in meetings and trainings. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience working with children preferred, and values patience, strong interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to engage children in structured and unstructured activities.
