Description
The After-School Program Coordinator will supervise and support children ages 5–8 in an after-school setting, maintaining safety, conducting activities, communicating with families, documenting incidents and attendance, and complying with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant school-age experience or related coursework, background-check clearance, and current or obtainable First Aid/CPR certification. It is an onsite position paying $25.00–$27.00 per hour for EEC-qualified candidates, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
