The Quest Zone Afterschool Program is hiring a full-time After School Program Site Director in Clinton, South Carolina. The role manages daily administrative, operational, and logistical functions; oversees curriculum and developmentally appropriate activities; partners with families; and helps grow the program through business, sales, and marketing. The position requires an associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field and at least one year of experience in a childcare facility or afterschool program. It offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and pay of $15-$17 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
