Woodcraft Rangers is seeking a passionate After-School Program Leader to guide young people in exploring paths to purposeful lives. The leader will foster a safe and supportive environment, promote inclusivity, and plan engaging activities for around 20 children aged 4 to 18. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, building relationships with students and families, collaborating with staff, managing program materials, complying with safety procedures, and participating in professional development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
