Description
The After School Program Leader will lead elementary students in enrichment activities and foster youth development in an after-school setting. This non-exempt, part-time role averages 17–20 hours per week and runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year. The position requires a passion for working with elementary-aged children, CPR/First Aid certification, a background and sex-offender check, a valid driver’s license or ID, legal authorization to work in the United States, dependable transportation, and alignment with the organization’s Statement of Faith; high school diploma or GED and post-secondary training are preferred, while Spanish-speaking ability is greatly valued.
