Description
The After School Program Leader assists the School Age Child Care Director, Site Director, or Senior Group Leader with daily program operations, lesson planning, child supervision, safety, parent communication, and classroom maintenance. The role implements the YMCA School Age Curriculum, supports before- and after-school activities, and requires a high school diploma or GED, CDA within 18 months, current CPR and First Aid certification, background checks, and physical ability to work with children.
