Description
The After School Program Leader assists the School Age Child Care Director, Site Director, or Senior Group Leader with daily program operations, lesson planning, child supervision, safety, parent communication, and classroom maintenance. The role pays $16.00-$17.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, CDA within 18 months, current CPR and First Aid certification, background and licensing clearances, and the ability to work with children and parents.
