Description
The Program Leader will provide leadership and support for academic, cultural, and recreational enrichment in an after-school program serving youth in grades K–12. Working under the Program Coordinator, the role plans and implements daily activities, maintains a 20:1 student ratio, supervises students, supports field trips and events, tracks attendance and program progress, and maintains a safe and supportive environment. The position is part-time, pays $20.50 per hour, and requires evening availability, travel between school sites and community locations, and completion of specified education and screening requirements.
