Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an after-school youth program professional for the 2026–2027 school year. The Monday–Friday role runs from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and pays $18.00–$18.50 per hour. The position plans and delivers developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities, supervises youth safety, maintains program records and confidentiality, communicates with parents and site leadership, attends required trainings and meetings, and supports the YMCA mission. Applicants need an associate degree in a relevant education, child development, or human services field, two years of experience working with children, leadership and member-service skills, and the ability to pass required clearances.
