Description
The Aftercare Coordinator supports organ and tissue donor families, donors in spirit, and community members through psychoeducational grief support, workshops, support groups, resource development, referrals, and coordination with hospitals and community partners. The role requires evening and weekend availability for at least 40 hours per week, may require travel to regional offices, and seeks a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field plus at least two years of group and one-on-one grief-support experience.
