The role provides direct care and aftercare planning for residents, including assessments, counseling, treatment-plan updates, referrals, discharge coordination, documentation, group facilitation, insurance authorization, and crisis support. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, preferably an associate's degree in human services, one year of experience in substance use treatment or mental health, and CPR certification.
