Stiles Machinery is hiring an Aftermarket Sales & Service Representative for its Life Cycle Services team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role combines office collaboration with territory-based customer visits, recommending OEM parts, machine upgrades, maintenance, refurbishment, rebuild, and modernization solutions; generating quotations and orders; managing CRM activity; and referring qualified equipment sales leads. Candidates should have industrial sales, field service, manufacturing, maintenance, technical support, or industrial distribution experience, along with mechanical aptitude, communication skills, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Woodworking machinery, capital equipment, automation, manufacturing equipment, or industrial machinery experience is preferred but not required.
