Description
Lake Lawn Resort is hiring a full-time Afternoon Engineering Manager in Delavan, Wisconsin to oversee afternoon and evening maintenance and operations across the resort, including buildings, grounds, guest rooms, mechanical systems, and employee housing. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, working with the Chief Engineer to supervise staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair building systems, support capital projects, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
