The Afternoon Tea Manager leads and elevates The Pfister Hotel’s signature Afternoon Tea experience, overseeing service delivery, team leadership, guest relations, program administration, reservations, staffing, inventory, and guest satisfaction. The role also drives themed experiences, marketing partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives. It requires experienced hospitality leadership in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environment, along with strong operational and financial management skills. The position is salaried and exempt, with a salary range of $58,000 to $63,000, and includes paid time off, parking, retirement matching, meals, discounts, and health and benefit packages for full-time associates.
