Description
The Aftersales Process Manager will analyze, design, and optimize aftersales and supply chain processes in SAP S/4HANA, model and document processes with SAP Signavio, translate business requirements into technical solution concepts, and support SAP transformation, incident, and process management. The role requires several years of process management experience in the automotive industry, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Signavio, experience with aftersales, spare parts logistics, returns, or reverse logistics, supply chain and IT system knowledge, and German and English language skills.
