Tobin Afterschool in Natick is hiring part-time Afterschool Group Leaders to support elementary-aged students during school-year and summer hours. The role involves team-teaching, guiding children’s development, planning and running activities, maintaining positive relationships with children, faculty, and parents, and overseeing safety. Candidates must be at least 18, have experience working with children or in an educational setting, and may prefer EEC Group Leader qualification; a bachelor’s degree or Department of Education Early Education and Care licensing is a plus. The position offers 20–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 6:00, with extended hours on early-release, vacation, and snow days, plus paid holidays, sick time, CPR and First Aid training, childcare discounts, retirement matching, and professional development.
