The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is hiring an Afterschool Program Site Coordinator to lead and oversee daily afterschool program operations in Perth Amboy. The role supervises Program Counselors and volunteers, supports training and performance feedback, ensures compliance with YMCA policies and New Jersey childcare licensing and health and safety requirements, coordinates activities and events, and monitors program participation. The position runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and pays $19 to $20 per hour, with benefits including paid sick leave, a 403(b) retirement plan, professional growth guidance, and a complimentary YMCA staff membership.
