Big Ideas Educational Services is hiring a part-time Site Manager – Out-of-School Program to lead daily operations of an out-of-school program. The role supervises Activity Leaders, teachers, coaches, and other staff; coordinates schedules and activities; manages attendance, records, supplies, safety, reporting, and compliance; supports student behavior; and builds relationships with families, schools, and community partners. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, and applicants should have experience in education, after-school programming, youth development, childcare, recreation, or a related field, along with team leadership and organizational experience.
