Description
The YCare School Age Site Director supports the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley by leading and supervising staff, delivering and monitoring school-age child-care programs, maintaining safe and regulated environments, overseeing records and site inspections, supporting community and YMCA events, and substituting at other sites as needed. The role requires relevant education or credentials, at least two years of experience working with children under 13, including one year in a supervisory capacity, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, background screening, and compliance with New York State licensing requirements. The stated salary range is $20-$24.
