Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of an agronomy location, including customer service, inventory, safety and regulatory compliance, maintenance records, manpower and equipment use, and product application and delivery. The role also supports employees, coordinates with managers, and communicates operational and customer-service issues. A bachelor's degree in Ag Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience; strong communication, decision-making, critical thinking, computer-system, and safety skills are required.
