Sloan Implement is hiring an Ag Service Technician Apprentice to learn and perform basic diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment. The role includes company-provided technical training, service documentation, tool and equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and work-order tracking. No extensive mechanic experience is required, but applicants need a strong interest in mechanics, basic repair and diagnostic skills, communication and computer skills, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, a valid driver's license, reliable attendance, and flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, or holidays. The position pays $17 to $22 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and vacation, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
