Description
The Agency Customer Success Representative supports AWL’s agency and policy sales business by maintaining policy status, conducting welcome calls, following up on carrier requirements, handling service inquiries, identifying renewal and cancellation-savings opportunities, and assisting clients with insurance coverage. The role also supports agency operations leadership and requires a valid General Lines or Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License, strong customer service and computer skills, and attention to detail. It is a full-time remote position.
