Description
The Director of Events leads Cloth & Flame’s events department as an operational, hands-on player-coach, personally producing many events while overseeing concurrent programs, staffing, budgets, proposals, contracts, and final production deliverables. The role collaborates with sales, creative, design, production, culinary, and accounting teams and manages a small team of project managers and contract event producers. Candidates need at least five years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, live events, or a related field, along with strong organizational, communication, budgeting, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends.
