Cloth & Flame is hiring a Director of Events to lead its events department as a hands-on, player-coach role. The position will personally produce events while overseeing concurrent programs, managing producers and contractors, coordinating with sales, creative, design, production, culinary, and accounting teams, and handling budgets, proposals, change orders, and final production deliverables. The role requires at least five years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, live events, or a related field, along with strong organizational, communication, budgeting, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is based in Arizona, with nearby states considered for the right candidate.
