Reporting to the Department Director, the role manages the agency’s commercial performance, customer relationships, sales development, team operations, hiring, customer service, merchandising, digitalization, and after-sales support. The position requires knowledge of electricity, home automation, or energy management solutions, ideally in B2B or B2C distribution, along with strong listening, curiosity, rigor, teamwork, and sales skills.
