The role leads 8 functional heads and 70 team members, drives KPI performance and client ROI, manages capacity planning, hiring, profitability, SOPs, accountability, delivery quality, and roadblocks, and is responsible for operational excellence. Candidates need 8+ years of experience, including 4+ in marketing or project management and 4+ years managing 10+ people, along with agency experience, EOS familiarity, and experience leading AI-agent automation.
