Steadily is hiring a full-time, in-office Agency Success Associate in Overland Park, Kansas. The role drives independent-agent engagement, serves as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform, hosts training webinars, provides customer service, and troubleshoots agent issues. Candidates need at least two years of training or sales experience, strong technology and data skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities with limited oversight. Compensation is $80,000 base salary with $100,000+ OTE, plus equity, paid time off, holidays, health and retirement benefits, and other perks.
