Zinnov is hiring an Agent / AI Engineer to build and secure the AI layer of its GCC Intelligence Platform. The role focuses on integrating LLM APIs, grounding responses in platform data, implementing persona routing and retrieval, enforcing database and JWT-based permissions, managing session state and token budgets, and improving accuracy through evaluation. Candidates need at least three years of production LLM API experience, experience shipping grounding or RAG systems, strong Python skills, and knowledge of authentication and session context with database queries.
