The Air Import Specialist ensures smooth and timely air-import freight processes, accurate data entry, shipment tracking, customer and vendor communication, customs documentation, billing, compliance, and KPI performance. The role requires a diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience; knowledge of transportation documentation; computer and Microsoft Office skills; English proficiency; and strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
