Pencil is hiring an Agent Architect to design and scale multi-agent workflows for its SaaS creative engine and bespoke client solutions. The role covers agent logic, tool use, state management, evaluation frameworks, reusable agent libraries, and client-facing discovery and architecture work. Candidates need at least three years of direct GenAI experience, systems thinking, Python and API literacy, evaluation expertise, and the ability to translate creative requirements into technical solutions.
