Description
The role owns the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI agents in enterprise freight and logistics organizations, leading implementations from kickoff through production launch, hypercare, and scaled rollout. Responsibilities include mapping customer workflows, configuring AI agents, coordinating integrations and technical troubleshooting, sharing deployment insights, creating implementation playbooks, and supporting change management and operator training. The position requires at least two years of implementation, deployment, or technical project management experience, enterprise software architecture knowledge, stakeholder coordination experience, fluent English and proficient German, and authorization to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.
