Description
Zauber is hiring an Agent Deployment Manager to own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of AI agents for global freight forwarders, from kickoff and go-live through hypercare, large-scale rollout, and use-case expansion. The role works with customer operations, IT, and business stakeholders; partners with engineering and product on integrations and troubleshooting; improves deployment playbooks and operational readiness; and drives change management and operator training. The position prefers a Berlin office but accepts hybrid setups, requires at least two years of implementation, deployment, or technical project management experience, and offers early equity and top-of-market compensation.
