Description
ASAPP is hiring an Agent Developer Manager to own and lead the Agent Developer function within its Delivery organization. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with people leadership, hiring, coaching, and growing a team that builds and maintains AI agents for enterprise customers. The manager will design frameworks, standards, and playbooks; partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Project Managers; and improve customer-facing agent development practices. The role is based in the East Coast, with a strong preference for the New York City area, and supports hybrid work.
