Tencent Games’ Business Development Department is hiring a full-stack Agent Product Engineer to lead the research and development of Agent products. The role owns the complete product lifecycle, including architecture, frontend and backend development, testing, deployment, iteration, benchmarking, observability, and production security. Responsibilities include building enterprise knowledge bases, RAG, memory systems, tool calling, business Agents, MCP, multi-agent workflows, and integrations with Tencent’s internal platforms. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or above, at least five years of software development experience, full-stack capabilities, and hands-on experience with Agent technologies.
