Tencent Games’ Business Development Department is hiring a full-stack software engineer to develop and deliver Agent products and core capabilities. The role owns the complete delivery cycle, including architecture, frontend and backend development, testing, deployment, and continuous iteration, and focuses on enterprise knowledge bases, RAG, memory systems, tool calling, business Agents, MCP, multi-agent workflows, benchmarking, observability, and production-grade security and reliability systems.
