Expeditors is hiring a Distribution Services Agent to support a supervisor and manage customer service and operational activities for assigned accounts. The role includes order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, reporting, invoicing, inventory maintenance, customer feedback handling, and KPI data collection. Candidates must have tertiary education, at least two years of related experience, strong communication and customer service skills, computer proficiency, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP; knowledge of warehousing and logistics is advantageous. The position is open to candidates currently residing in Singapore with a valid work pass.
