Edison Scientific is hiring an Agent Engineer to build, maintain, and improve production AI scientist agents for its life sciences platform. The role involves developing agent architectures, prompting strategies, tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, reusable infrastructure, and agent skills; collaborating with science, engineering, product, and R&D teams; and validating capabilities with customers. The position requires at least four years of professional software engineering experience, production experience, LLM-powered application experience, and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
