Moment is hiring an Agent Engineer to build AI products from 0 to 1 for major financial institutions. The role covers the full agent stack, including evaluation and observability, multi-agent orchestration, durable graph-based workflow execution, and context engineering, while collaborating with leadership, engineering, and customers. Candidates should have experience with AI development techniques, distributed systems, and Go, Python, or TypeScript, and should be an ex-founder or early startup engineer. The position offers a base salary of $200,000–$400,000, equity, performance-based bonuses, a West Village office, and health, dental, and vision coverage.
