Description
The Agent Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI agents for client use cases, support proof-of-concept development, own end-to-end implementation delivery, and interface with clients throughout the project lifecycle. The role also evaluates recorded voice interactions, scores conversations against quality rubrics, documents errors and compliance issues, identifies improvement patterns, and partners with Operations on agent training, prompts, and product enhancements. Candidates need software testing knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, Arabic and English fluency, and must be based in Riyadh.
