Expeditors is hiring an Agent/Lead Agent – Order Management in Ho Chi Minh City to manage smooth and timely shipment flows, ensure customer requirements and standard operating procedures are followed, enter shipment data accurately, monitor reports, and support customer satisfaction. At the lead level, the role also allocates workloads, monitors KPIs, supports customer relationships and pricing responses, conducts retention calls and reviews, monitors invoicing, mentors agents, promotes productivity tools, and supports system changes. Applicants should have a university or college education, strong organization and computer skills, fluent English, teamwork skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; ocean/order-management experience is a plus.
