DHL Express is hiring an Agente de Manifiestos to prepare, validate, transmit, and control import, export, and transit manifests; prepare and review air waybills, electronic manifests, and customs documentation; generate electronic files for customs and regulatory authorities; coordinate flight information across operations, warehouse, ramp, flight dispatch, and customs; prepare NOTOCs for hazardous and special cargo; maintain operational and customs systems; issue load, operational, and discrepancy reports; verify weight, volume, and cargo distribution before flight close; maintain legal and corporate records; and comply with operational security, aviation security, and quality policies. The role requires a complete diversified profile, a university degree in a related field, and two years of experience in air cargo, customs documentation, or airport logistics.
