Description
Ember is hiring a Customer Implementation Engineer to own end-to-end customer implementations for healthcare organizations. The role involves onboarding teams and data, configuring workflows, training users, troubleshooting deployments, analyzing customer data, diagnosing root causes, building lightweight prototypes, and translating customer insights into product requirements. The position requires strong academic training in computer science, mathematics, finance, or an equivalent field, early experience in software engineering, product, consulting, operations, or a similar demanding environment, technical fluency with data and modern software, and strong customer communication skills.
