Study Group is hiring an Agent Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a full-time permanent basis. The role supports the Team Lead in managing day-to-day operations for the Agent/Channel Management business unit, with responsibilities including agent onboarding and reactivation, executing channel programs, ensuring compliance, and improving operational processes. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple stakeholders, strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, excellent English communication, and preferred background in B2B sales or channel operations with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
