Wave is hiring an Agent Operations Territory Lead for a 6-month fixed-term field contract in Niger to manage agent rollouts, supervise and train field teams, ensure compliance and liquidity, and support distribution and marketing of its financial services network. The role requires French fluency, local language proficiency, at least 2 years of relevant agent-network management experience in Niger including 1 year managing field-based teams, and a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
