McKesson is hiring an Agent Operator to tune Sierra AI agents and manage their knowledge, prompts, intents, conversation flows, and retrieval accuracy across email, chat, and voice. The role analyzes failed conversations, curates and refreshes agent-facing knowledge, optimizes metadata and vector retrieval, and partners with product, engineering, SMEs, and quality teams to improve agent performance. It requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on AI knowledge experience and strong collaboration skills. The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week onsite at the Fort Worth office, and offers a base salary of $101,600 to $169,400.
