Description
UTA’s Agent Training Program is a full-time, immersive training opportunity for aspiring entertainment agents. Participants work side-by-side with agents and executives across multiple departments, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to real projects while receiving mentoring and exposure to the agency’s global network. The program is based in Los Angeles and New York, requires graduation before the program start date, and offers $23 per hour with benefits. Cohorts were scheduled to start in January, March, June, and September 2027, with applications due by October 22, 2026.
