Description
Decagon is hiring a full-time Conversation Experience Designer to shape enterprise-grade AI conversation experiences across chat, voice, SMS, and email. The role advises customers and internal stakeholders, evaluates voice quality and interaction patterns, builds evaluation frameworks and playbooks, enables the Customer team, and partners with Engineering and Product to improve AI agent quality. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of relevant experience, experience building evaluation frameworks or QA processes, strong communication skills, and comfort working closely with product in a fast-moving environment. Spanish fluency, TTS or speech synthesis experience, and frontier AI deployment experience are preferred. Compensation is $180,000–$220,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, and other benefits.
