Description
The Agente de Microcrédito will work in the Microfinanças team, handling client outreach, credit acquisition, analysis, approval, negotiation, administration, and collection for small entrepreneurs in the Agroamigo program. The role requires a complete secondary education, Office proficiency, intermunicipal travel availability, and preferably sales experience or technical training in agriculture or animal husbandry. It offers a base salary of R$ 1.789,15, variable compensation, 200 monthly hours, and benefits including medical and dental plans, private pension, food and basic-basket assistance, childcare reimbursement, life insurance, and training programs.
